When your firearm is delivered to our store, according to ATF guidelines, it will be processed through our inventory. We will contact you as soon as it is completed and available for you to pick up.

Trinity Armory Firearm Transfer, Storage & Abandonment Policy
By arranging for a firearm or serialized item to be transferred to Trinity Armory, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following policies.

Transfer Pickup Requirement
Customers must initiate the transfer and pickup process within sixty (60) days of receiving notification that the firearm or item has arrived at Trinity Armory.
Storage Fees
Due to limited secure vault space and federal storage compliance requirements, any firearm or transferred item not picked up within 60 days will be subject to a monthly storage fee equal to the current firearm transfer fee.
Abandoned Property
If storage fees accumulate and meet or exceed the value of the firearm or item, or if the customer fails to communicate with Trinity Armory regarding pickup arrangements, the firearm or item will be considered abandoned property.
Abandoned firearms or items may be sold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of by Trinity Armory in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in order to recover storage and administrative costs.
Customers will not receive compensation for any firearm or item deemed abandoned and disposed of to recover storage fees.
Background Check Failure or Delay
If a customer fails the required federal background check, receives a denial, or is otherwise prohibited from taking possession of the firearm, the customer remains responsible for all transfer fees, storage fees, and any return shipping costs required to return the firearm to the original seller or manufacturer.
If a firearm must be returned to the seller due to a background check denial or failure to complete the transfer, the customer must coordinate the return with the seller. All associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused or Non-Compliant Transfers
Trinity Armory reserves the right to refuse any transfer that does not comply with federal, state, or local laws, ATF regulations, or Trinity Armory policies.
If a transfer is refused due to legal compliance issues, prohibited status, incomplete documentation, or failure to pass the background check, the customer will remain responsible for all transfer, storage, and return shipping fees.
Communication & Extensions
We are happy to work with customers who maintain reasonable communication regarding their transfer. Our goal is always to return property to its rightful owner.
However, due to limited vault capacity and compliance obligations, Trinity Armory cannot store unclaimed firearms indefinitely.
Any extensions, special arrangements, or exceptions must be approved in writing by Trinity Armory management.
Customer Acknowledgement
By shipping a firearm or serialized item to Trinity Armory or initiating a transfer through Trinity Armory, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.
